General Information

Rental is weekly from Saturday to Saturday, check in is between 16:00 and 18:00 pm, check out is at 9.30 am.
Out of high season (October to April), we are delighted to adapt your arrival and departure dates to your wishes.
We offer special prices for autumn and winter or long-term lease.
A deposit in the amount of 25% of the total price is due upon reservation; the remaining 75% are due 8 weeks before the planned arrival, payable through bank transfer.
We welcome your pets on request.

Apartment "Down Under" Villa Cap Sud

Prices are subject to the number of persons, the length of stay and the season.
A security bond of 600 Euro will be taken in cash upon arrival or through bank transfer credited to our account one week before arrival latest.

Rental for apartment "Down Under" at Villa Cap Sud includes:

Gas, water, electricity (normal consumption)
Kitchen starter kit: liquids, dishwasher tabs, towels,
sponges, brush, coffee filter
Linen for the number of persons stated in the rental contract
Final cleaning
Pool maintenance (seasonal)

Additional services:

Internet access wifi/wlan (no pc available): 10 Euro/week
Heating lump sum (seasonal): 35 Euro/week
Set of towels (internal use only): 10 Euro/week
Cleaning on request: 15 Euro/hour
Baby's accessories (cot, high chair, changing table and playpen)

General Conditions

Your reservation is only accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the rental contract and if your deposit was paid as quickly as possible.
Payments are to be made in cash or through bank transfer in euro only. Banking details will be given upon receipt of your written booking (e-mail, fax and phone).
You declare accepting our Terms and Conditions with your reservation.

Rental process

The rental process is as follows:
You confirm your preferred rental dates through email or telephone including the number of persons. You will receive the rental contract through email.
You are required to return the signed rental contract with proof of insurance and to transfer the down payment. The reservation is binding when payment is credited to our banc account. Confirmation is sent through email.
9 weeks prior to your arrival you will receive a reminder for the remaining amount to pay. After the remaining amount has been credited to our account you will receive confirmation email. We are delighted to welcome you upon your arrival date !

I. Prices & payment terms:

Prices are subject to the number of persons, the length of stay and the season. Booking is validated only upon receipt of (down-) payment and rental contract. Payments (rental price and safety deposit) are accepted through bank transfer or cash only.

II. Further information:

At present there is no pool heating at your use and responsibility: large sun umbrellas as well as sun loungers; we request your bring of pool and beach towels. Outside: table and chairs as well as a gas bbq.

III. Insurance:

As to French law, we kindly ask you to send us copy of your personal liability insurance policy (provided for free through your insurance). Please also make sure to arrange for a comprehensive travel insurance policy, which includes cancellation cover and full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability, etc., since these losses are not the responsibility of the owners as well as a breakdown and motor insurance if on a self-drive holiday.
